When to go trekking?

Our local agents are here to help! Depending on the destination, they can advise you on the best time of year to go so that you can enjoy fresh, cooler weather and avoid the swealtering heat!

What to bring

  • Comfortable hiking shoes: Invest in a good pair of shoes, wear them in on a few hikes before setting off on your trip.
  • Socks: Wear 1 pair of thin socks to absorb sweat over a second pair of thick hiking socks. This should reduce the chances of blisters!
  • Trousers: Light loose trousers that can stretch when you are walking up steep mountains
  • Light cotton long sleeved T-shirt
  • Sun-cream
  • Camera… so you never forget the moutains you conquered!
